What about equipment? If you have equipment, that’s awesome, but you don’t need much to start. There are many exercises we will do that only use your body weight. Equipment that would be greatly beneficial include an exercise or yoga mat, dumbbells, and resistance band. It really all depends on client goals and fitness level. Beautiful day? Grab your mat and take me with you! I love doing the whole session outdoors when possible. How do we start? If you are a new client, I give a free consultation before your first session. This includes a review of your health and fitness goals, as well as an injury history. We will schedule your sessions and I will call you at our planned time via FaceTime or Skype. It’s so easy to get started. Payment will be arranged during the consultation. I accept ApplePay, Venmo, PayPal, and all major credit cards.
